I was feel really upset on Friday, so on Saturday I went to the mall with my mom, because I have one female friend who likes shopping and she was busy.
I wanted to try a Lush moisturizer, because I am obsessed with keeping my face soft.
This is the Magical Moringa. It was 24$ CAD.
I like this because it is very thick, kind of like a soft candle. If you live in a warm environment, or have a heater in your room, it will get very soft like warm butter. Try to keep it in a dry and cold place. Do not keep this in the washroom as it gets very moist in there and will encourage bacteria growth.
It has few ingredients. In my opinion the less the better.
List of ingredients
Cornflour, Argan Oil, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Moringa Oil, Organic Rose Hip Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Rosewood Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Madagascan Vetivert Oil, Sandalwood Oil, Citronellol, Eugenol Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Perfume
It has rosehip oil which is an ingredient I like. Rosehip Oil has lots of Vitamin C in it, which help with dullness in the skin.
I like using this in the morning because it does absorb quickly. The other moisturizers I have are really thick creams that take a while to sit into your skin. If I am doing my makeup first thing in the morning, I usually don't have time to put moisturizer on and wait for it to settle.
It is a very interesting product. It goes on pretty oil/greasy, but it quickly absorbs into your skin. It leaves this primer like finish to your skin, similar to the benefit porefessional. Again, I don't have oily skin but I LOVE the feeling those silicon based products give your skin. It really does prep your skin for makeup. You get a slight powdery feeling to it because of the cornflour.
This product smells almost "spicey". Like you dumped a bunch of spices together. Almost like you're going into an Indian restaurant? Not the most specific description! I have very poor scent.
It is also Vegan if you are concerned.
Edit: I have had this since 26/10/2015, have been using it daily, and still have tons left!
