I was feel really upset on Friday, so on Saturday I went to the mall with my mom, because I have one female friend who likes shopping and she was busy.
I wanted to try a Lush moisturizer, because I am obsessed with keeping my face soft.
This is the Magical Moringa. It was 24$ CAD.
I like this because it is very thick, kind of like a soft candle. If you live in a warm environment, or have a heater in your room, it will get very soft like warm butter. Try to keep it in a dry and cold place. Do not keep this in the washroom as it gets very moist in there and will encourage bacteria growth.
It has few ingredients. In my opinion the less the better.
List of ingredients
Cornflour, Argan Oil, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Moringa Oil, Organic Rose Hip Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Rosewood Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Madagascan Vetivert Oil, Sandalwood Oil, Citronellol, Eugenol Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Perfume
It has rosehip oil which is an ingredient I like. Rosehip Oil has lots of Vitamin C in it, which help with dullness in the skin.
I like using this in the morning because it does absorb quickly. The other moisturizers I have are really thick creams that take a while to sit into your skin. If I am doing my makeup first thing in the morning, I usually don't have time to put moisturizer on and wait for it to settle.
It is a very interesting product. It goes on pretty oil/greasy, but it quickly absorbs into your skin. It leaves this primer like finish to your skin, similar to the benefit porefessional. Again, I don't have oily skin but I LOVE the feeling those silicon based products give your skin. It really does prep your skin for makeup. You get a slight powdery feeling to it because of the cornflour.
This product smells almost "spicey". Like you dumped a bunch of spices together. Almost like you're going into an Indian restaurant? Not the most specific description! I have very poor scent.
It is also Vegan if you are concerned.
Edit: I have had this since 26/10/2015, have been using it daily, and still have tons left!

♡ (Review) Flower Highlighter Chubby ♡
Highlighters have been all the range lately, every brand seems to be making a new pressed powder style highlighter. I am a big fan of stick products (stick foundation, stick cream blush, etc) so I was not very sold on getting another powder type item.
I am lazy, I like using my hands as application tools whenever I can. I almost went and got Clinique's Chubby Stick, but I really did not want to spend that much money on such a simple product.
Fortunately, the Wal-Marts in my city started carrying Drew Barrymore's makeup brand Flower. Flower has a lot of great items, and to my surprise they had a highlighter stick nearly identical to Cliniques! It comes in a whiter shade, a gold based shade, and a bronze/contouring shade.
It was 10$ CAD.
My skin is NC25 in MAC for reference.
This really is everything I wanted in a highlighter. It is not too gold or too white. The stick of it is a large enough diameter to add a good amount of highlighter to your cheekbones without highlighting your whole cheek/face.
You can screw the bottom (like a chapstick) to get the top to come out more after you use some of it up.
It blends very easily. I add this to my cheekbone zone, the bridge of my nose, and my chin.
It gives a very nice, but not over exaggerated dewy look. I may not reccomend this if you have very oily skin.
Swatches
On the left is the product applied without blending, and on the right, with blending. I am not including facial pictures because I am terrible at taking good quality photos of myself, and its hard to get one specific product to show up well in a photo (unless you have camera/photography knowledge, which I do not)
Overall Thoughts
I can definitely call the Flower Chubby Stick a duper the the Clinique Chubby stick! It was half the price, which is a bonus if you don't like spending money on high end makeup. This adds more dimension to my face, and its more or less all the contouring I can get away with because I have a very round chubby cheeked face.

(Review) TheFaceShop Lovely ME:EX Angel Skin Powder Pact ♡
I recently started wearing powder foundation more often. My skin is not oily at all, but I find my face makeup just comes off my face easily. Using a powder tends to seal my makeup from being exposed to the weather/bad air etc. I have been using this wet-n-wild one, but it was chalky and smelly funky. I tried a loose powder, but those are too messy for me to work with.
I am already a fan of The Face Shop's products, So I thought I would grab a foundation from them.
Today I have for you the Angel Skin Powder Pact.
Very simple baby pink packaging.
Here is the back label/ingredients. It is a talc/mica/silica based powder.
It looks like you need to press the middle for it to open, but it just opens like a clam.
Close ups of the product. The application pad is very soft! You can see that there is a little bit of a pressed text in the powder. Its roughly palm sized, and has a small mirror for on the go application
I hope you can tell in these photos, but it really a light finishing powder, not really meant to conceal that much. I get most of my concealment from using a heavier liquid foundation, so adding a thick powder just makes me look like an old makeup counter lady. I have normal to dry skin. This product is not sented at all.
This was 12$ CAD from The Face Shop store at my local mall. You can also get it here for a bit more.

How To Buy Fake Lashes on Ebay
If you go on eBay, and search for "fake eyelashes" you litterally get thosands of results. While buying your fake lashes on eBay can save you tons of money, and you get way more lashes for your money, it can be hard to know what lashes to get because most of the stores use the same stock photos or key/tag words for their items.

This mini guide will tell you which ones are good, and which ones are bad.
When searching for your lashes, be sure to check the "free shipping" box. This way you know your results will be bulk eyelashes as opposed to the individual brand name pair lashes.

BAD LASHES TO BUY
I don't like these types of lashes for a few reasons. I bought a bulk amount of the lashes that come in the white boxes with the blue chinese text. They lashes were too long and had tails on each side that had to be trimmed. They did not look like real hair/they looked VERY wirey. These do not blend well with your natural lashes.
The band is very thick and black on these, so you pretty much nee to wear heavy eyeliner for them to work. Similarly, the ones on the bottom image (the thicker lashes) are very plastic-y and have these "shine" to them that I disliked. I found them to be over shaped. You can't expect nice lashes when they are 20 cents a pair
GOOD LASHES TO BUY
These ones are a little more expensive, but for a good reason. These have clear bands, and the lashes criss cross which makes them look less fake and tacky. They don't have tails on the ends, and they don't have the plastic shine to them. They are 80 cents a pair, which is still way better then paying 5$ for a pair of drugstore lashes. These blend well. For a natural look I usually wear half a pair of lashes.
In short, stick with lashes that come in the colored plastic sheets/sets as opposed to the ones that have 20 pairs in the white boxes. These ones are always higher quality in my experience.

Ebay Outfit Under 60$: Kitty Theme Green
I had lots of fun making my last post, where I put together an outfit from eBay items. Like I said before, you can find all the niche items you want on ebay, and most of the time, at a lower price with free shipping!
For this outfit I went for a light green as a pop up colour, and tried to involve some Kitty pieces in it. I think the shirt is so cool here, it has so many things going on. I also really love this bag, but the lord knows I have enough small novelty bags for a lifetime.

1) White Patent Leather Shoes: 25.99$
2) Light Green Chiffon Short Skirt: 4.99$
3) Small Fake Leather Cat Bag: 9.66$
2) Light Green Chiffon Short Skirt: 4.99$
3) Small Fake Leather Cat Bag: 9.66$
I lied a bit, the total for this outfit is 62$. I may have calculated that wrong by a bit, because one item was in CAD while the rest were in USD. I swear, the low canadian dollar is KILLING my online shopping game.
I might go ahead and order this hat. I mean, it's so cheap, you can't go wrong. I have been dieing for a floppy black fashion blogger hat, but it turns out I was right all along, and I do have a huge head, and that's why they never fit me in store. My head is roughly 23-24 inches. Whenever I try them on it stores I can feel the circulation around my head getting cut off.
Cute+Cheap Full Looks: Warm Pastel under 50$
I love eBay. Right now it's probably 2:30 am and I am looking at all sorts of things I can get a great deal on online. It is so easy to find knock offs now in days! I always see knock off Black-Milk, or WildFox items. 9/10 times I always am waiting for some sort of ebay purchase to come in the mail
I thought I would put together a simple co-ord of a simple outfit you can get for under 50$, just from eBay items! I feel people only see ebay as a place to get used stuff, many do not know its great for new items as well.
2) Mohair Lavender Cardigan: 12.38$3) Cat+Cactus Shit: 6.45$
4) Sparkly Rain Boots: 14.59$
5) Mint Wire HeadBand 1.00$
6) Grey Cotton Leggings: 8.85$
4) Sparkly Rain Boots: 14.59$
5) Mint Wire HeadBand 1.00$
6) Grey Cotton Leggings: 8.85$
And the total for this look is 45.91$ USD! I think thats a great price for a sweater, pants shoes, and some accessories. I tried to go for a simple pastel vibe. I wanted to go with a skirt, but all of the skirts were so short, and winter is coming up anyways.
I really want to get some rainboots now because I find they fit me well. I have weird wide but small feet and rainboots are usually roomy. If I went to the mall, I would be lucky to get just the shoes for that price!
I tried to choose items that have a better size range or are of a "one size fits most" type thing like the mohair cardigan. You must be careful when shopping on eBay with sizing, because their sizes go super tiny!
